Over the years, Homaye Tehran has developed strong relationships with technical suppliers who support our business and projects. Our goal in choosing and maintaining a relationship with any supplier, is to obtain high quality graded products and services within preset timeframes, at a cost that represents the best possible value to our customers and shareholders.
We approach this task with a focused objective and technical view which includes a stringent review of supplier and sub-contractors. To that end, we partner with specialist supplier and sub-contractors and we review and evaluate our relationships with current and new suppliers as needed to ensure compliance and added value to our business.
We are proud of the strong relationships we have built with our sub-contractors and suppliers, many of whom have been working with us for many years and multiple projects. We are always looking to expand our supplier base to accommodate our rapidly growing business.

Sourcing Process
Our sourcing process is designed to a- be transparent, b- ensure equal and fair treatment of suppliers, c- bring added value to our projects and business, so that any specialist supplier can fully participate in a competitive procurement process.
We ask suppliers wanting to participate in the process to register with Homaye Tehran’s procurement office, by submitting their information along with a full résumé including capabilities, certifications, product/service descriptions, past and current projects portfolio, support services, aftersales warranties and guaranties.
Our process enables our procurement professionals to properly evaluate potential and current suppliers in order to select the best possible matched suppliers for each of our projects.

Supplier & Sub-contractor Selection
The first step any supplier or specialty sub-contractor should take in seeking opportunities to do business with us is to register with Homaye Tehran’s procurement office. As we receive supplier information our procurement professionals will review and evaluate such information which on acceptance and approval the supplier will be added to our Supplier and Sub-contractor Data Base (SSDB) at which point the information will be shared with all divisions within Homaye Tehran.
All purchases at Homaye Tehran are handled through our Procurement Office located in our corporate headquarters and made in the competitive marketplace, insuring a transparent and competitive product and supplier selection.
